Receiving customers’ materials

The customers provide us with the courses materials and traditional documents format such as: .ppt, .doc, .pdf, .xlsx,...

Consulting and producing the course scripts

OES will consult and associate with customers in creating course scripts, include: contents (filming script, animation script, gamification script,...), questions, examples, situations, final tests,....

Sending scripts to customer

The customer and OES discuss and create final scripts as well as content digitization formats

Producing with the customers’ department

The customers direct their relevant departments to support the process of producing (if any).

Digitalizing content

OES’s technicians start filming, recording (if any), editing video and packing HTML5 video (if any) in SCORM/xAPI format.

Transfer and inspection

The customers receive products and upload them to the elearning software system
